Refunds and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns  
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return  
To begin a return, please contact us at Storeallure4@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.  
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Label Expiration  
Once a return label has been issued, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of the label being provided. If the product is not received by us within this 14-day period, the return request will be considered expired, and the item will no longer be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. A new return request will not be issued after this timeframe.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  
If an item becomes damaged while in your possession, a refund or return will not be accepted.

Exchanges  
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
